Please go to the Accommodation / Devon page which is linked along the bar at the top of the site. There are two payment links listed on there: one for an individual and one for a couple, you will be taken through to a page to make a bank transfer which comes to us, and we will then book with the venue on your behalf. All bookings have to come via us rather than the venue directly (at their stipulation!).
If you are a family with children then get in touch and we can advise as that amount is for adults only.
If you have any issue with the payment link or any questions about the accommodation please just get in touch and we can assist and advise!
Yes! We would love for you to join us for the welcome drinks and dinner on Sunday night, even if you're staying off site.
We will be providing dinner and drinks on Sunday evening, breakfast on Monday morning, as well as the wedding breakfast and late night food on the Wedding day (Monday), and finally brunch on Tuesday morning.
The cottages/barns do have kitchen facilities for any additional snacks, specific foods and beverages you want to bring, so depending on your appetite and desire to pre-drink you have the option to bring your own things with you too.
There is also a hatch shop with coffee / snacks on site where you can purchase any other essentials.
We LOVE your little ones and know it's tricky to leave them for a full weekend. The cottages and barns on site do have kitchen/living room facilities which would make it easier to bring them if you do decide to. We may also have some extra rooms to offer to parents, in-laws, extra help for the kids should you want to bring them with you as babysitters!
Our caterers aren't able to provide special meals for children specifically, so it would be advisable to bring kid-friendly food to keep in the kitchens for ease.
We can connect you with local babysitters - please just reach out early so we can put you in touch with the right people.
Let us know if you do plan on bringing your children and we can advise.
Please DO NOT use ‘Kingston Estate’ on your Sat Nav as it may try to take you down a bridleway which is not accessible by vehicles.
Please use the postcode TQ9 6AS, this will take you to a small hamlet just outside Staverton village.
Drive straight through the hamlet and on the next sharp bend you will see 2 grey stone pillars on your left next to a white cottage on the corner.
Drive through the pillars and that will bring you down our driveway.
For Sunday evening's welcome party the dress code is: “The English Riviera” Summer which essentially means summer party. We're trying to make the English Riviera as good as the French..
For the wedding itself on Monday the dress code is: Morning Suits or Lounge Suits for Men (NB: if you don't have a Morning Suit/Tails a Lounge Suit is absolutely fine).
Summer formal for the Ladies
For the rest of the weekend it's as casual as you like - it might be worth bringing some casual / exercise clothes to go for a walk in given we will be surrounded by beautiful countryside!
